A Complete Application Includes:
a. An online application form.
- Limit essay responses to a maximum of 200 words per response.
b. A resume that includes:
- job experienceprevious internships or volunteer work
- three references with email
- phone contact information
c. At least one letter of recommendation.
- Letter(s) of recommendation can be uploaded with the application; emailed to ohip@aoec.org or submitted via US mail postmarked by March 18, 2013 to:
Ingrid Denis at AOEC, 1010 Vermont Ave., NW # 513, Washington, DC 20005.
Submitting Application Materials:
1. Complete the online application form. You can print to review your application before pressing the “submit” button. Next, upload your resume and/or letter(s) of recommendation and press the “submit” button.

Application Tip: Use your last name and first initial in the filenames of the files you plan to upload. Each filename needs to be unique. Avoid getting your uploaded files overwritten or deleted. |
2. An email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of submission.
3. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
