If you are already a clinic or individual member and need to update your membership, please follow the instructions below. To pay your dues, see the “Pay Your Dues” box to the right.
- Full Clinic Members: For full clinic members who need to update clinic information, log into your account and update your profile information.
- Associate Clinic Members: If you need to update your clinic information, please download and fill out this form and email the form to aoec@aoec.org. You may also mail the form to AOEC, PO Box 91096, Washington, D.C. 20090. Please note on the form if you wish to be re-considered for Full Clinic membership.
- Individual Members: If you need to update your contact information, email, or status (student, retiree, full member), please download and fill out this form and email the form to aoec@aoec.org. You may also mail the form to AOEC, PO Box 91096, Washington, D.C. 20090.
